Hi Rui, I am one of John’s new students. It seems very true based on my personal experience that, while people are impulsive, there are many who are hesitant to just buy something right away. I, myself, prefer time to think it over and usually forget about that product quickly, so it is in our best interest to keep trying. Thanks for the insight.

Hi Rui
Your post is very true! a long time ago when I managed a pet and garden store, reps would come in and try and get my business, some would come back 2 or 3 times but it was the persistant ones who kept coming back who gradualy got a small order from me! and as time went on and I could see that they cared about my business, there orders got larger, and I am sure this works the same in the internet business too!
All the best
Nick
