If you are involved in a network marketing business, you might come across this problem before.
How to approach someone and tell them about your MLM business?
I am sure most of us started this business because we see the possibility it brings but when it comes to recruiting down lines, approaching somebody with the opportunity that you have is not easy.
Many networkers out there always goes on and on about how good their product is and how great they compensation plan is.
They target just about anyone that they know and they pitch, pitch and pitch.
This is just too annoying don’t you think.
You won’t want to end up without friends do you?
Bringing up your MLM opportunity to your prospect must be done in a right way so that you do not start off with the wrong foot.
In addition, you will also be able to leave a good impression to your prospect.
If they do not want to listen to you, why should you force them to?
When you want to approach someone about your MLM business, you must aim to trigger a conversation that is able for you to obtain that person’s contact.
That is all.
It can be an email or a phone number.
This is the first step for you to establish you connection with your prospect.
Keep it simple and short.
Do not be desperate and want to sign him up in the first meeting that you have with that prospect.
Once you have their contact, you should let your marketing tools do the work for you.
Use videos, flyers or even a website.
There are a few things to take note of when you start your conversation with your prospect.
You don’t want to jump right in and do a whole presentation to him.
What you need to do is focus on a topic which may lead to your MLM opportunity.
You can ask about their profession, what is their opinion about running a business, what do they think about leverage, would they want more freedom, would they want a 2nd income and so on.
Once you achieve in obtaining their contact, quickly change the topic.
This will create curiosity and then they will ask you about it.
Now they will be the one asking you stuff.
That is what we want here.
We don’t want to chase them or push them until they end up running away.
We want them to be curious in what we do.
When they want more information, we provide.
It is as simple as that.
Use the 3rd party tools so that they can learn about our opportunity.
Then, we come to the next step.
What we need to do is to ask them if they have seen the information that we have passed to them.
If they sound sceptic or trying to avoid you, don’t force for an answers.
They might have already seen the information but is not interested and feel awkward in letting you know that they are not interested.
If they sound interested and want to know more, provide them with the details that they need or set up an appointment with them for a presentation.
Everything will be about follow up after that, so do your job well and always be available to your prospects.
You see, you barely need to talk about the MLM opportunity when you approach someone to tell them about your opportunity.
You just need to break the ice and find a way to lead to a certain topic where you can get their contact and have them curious about your business.
When they are curious, you give them the answers.
This is way better that pitching, pushing and forcing people to hear about your product or company don’t you think?
Have a wonderful day,
